- Invoicing. This is an essential part of your sales process, and is the first part we would recommend automating. Look into the ways in which you can create recurring invoices with clients, this not only helps your regular income stream, but can also help your clients stay more financially on top of things in their business, too.
- Billing. Similar to invoicing, automating your billing can be a really beneficial way to increase profitability for your business. This way, you will know what to expect to pay out each month, ultimately helping you to plan financially in a more appropriate way.
- Templates for responses to clients. Although this may not be completely automatic, you can look into the regular questions you get asked by clients and create templates that you (or your team) can easily copy and paste over to them.
With this time saved, you will be able to spend more time with clients and provide more services as a business, thus increasing profitability.
